For 40 years, the Xi Tau Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated has proudly worked hand in hand with community leaders, educators and social activists to help fulfill the commitment of heightening and improving the lives of those in Cambridge and its surrounding communities.
Committed to sisterhood, scholarship, and service, the DSTinguished women of the Xi Tau Chapter have worked tirelessly to ensure the needs of our diverse community are met. Together we work toward the common goal of impacting and inspiring lives all around. We look forward to the work we need to accomplish in the future.

Chapter History
The Xi Tau Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was chartered on April 5, 1980 under the guidance of Nancy Randolph by 11 dynamic women hailing from Harvard University. Our charter members are:

Since the chapter's inception, the Xi Tau Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated has proudly served Cambridge and surrounding communities. Committed to Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service, the sophisticated women of Xi Tau are actively engaged in public service initiatives, social action programming, and political reform.
Xi Tau Deltas are innovative and creative women, who never rest upon tradition, but continue, in the manner of our noble sorority's distinguished history, impacting the lives of African Americans. These women have hailed from the following eight schools on the chapter's original charter: Babson College, Bentley University, Brandeis University, Harvard University, Lesley University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University, and Wellesley College.
Today, our charter is currently comprised of the following schools:

Women of Accomplishment, Xi Tau Deltas continue to achieve academic excellence, make strides in our chosen career fields, and remain sisters to each other.
